Returns Policy

Our returns period lasts 30 days from the date you receive your order.

You also have the legal right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving your item. Once you have told us you would like to cancel or return your order, you then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.

To be eligible for a return, your item should be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and returned in its original packaging where possible.

To complete your return, we require a receipt, order number or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you to confirm that we have received it. We will also let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. We aim to process refunds promptly and, where legally required, within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof that it has been sent back.

Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

If you have not received your refund after a reasonable time, please first check your bank account again, then contact your card provider or bank. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@helenloveday.com.

Exchanges

We replace items if they are faulty, damaged or incorrect. If you need to request an exchange, please email us at info@helenloveday.com.

Return Shipping

For change of mind returns, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us, unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Original standard delivery costs will be refunded where required. Premium or upgraded delivery charges are non refundable.

When returning an item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of postage. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
